Reporting to the Sales ＆ Marketing Manager, the Overseas Business Development Specialist is responsible to facilitate communication with overseas agencies, maintain and develop logistics business with the agencies in line with the Group strategy.
1、Deliver and where possible exceed targets as set out in your KPI （Key Performance Indicator） ；
2、Identify, develop and materialize the potential logistics business and right customers from H＆H Logistics overseas agencies list；
3、Draft sales leads to overseas agencies to seek business opportunities；
4、Deliver market promotion plan to overseas agencies；
5、Maintain relationships with overseas agencies and secure their business stable with H＆H Logistics；
6、Work out the tailor-made logistics solutions for customers’ specific needs；
7、Fulfill other task designed by the manager.
Skills and Qualifications
1、Bachelor Degree in International Trade/Economy/Shipping/Logistics is preferred；
2、Minimum 1 years solid working experience in Shipping/Logistics Industry；
3、Detail-oriented and able to work independently；
4、Excellent communication and problem solving skills；
5、Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin；
6、Proficiency in MS Office applications；
7、Age under 30 years old is preferred.
